2019 Cannabis Compensation
Survey
Survey administered by Cannabis At Work and Global Governance Advisor. We have partnered with Global Governance Advisors (“GGA”), which has allowed us to increase the scope of the survey to provide greater analysis of compensation levels, design and practices in the cannabis industry given their industry leading status in advising cannabis industry boards on compensation and governance practices. GGA will also be assisting in data processing and report creation, maintaining the confidentiality of all line-by-line compensation data for participants.
Overview
The 2019 survey report will provide you with data on salary, short-term incentive, long-term incentive and benefits for 64 benchmark positions commonly found amongst Licensed Producers. This information can be used in recruiting for new talent, but also when determining appropriate adjustments in compensation for current incumbents for your 2020 fiscal year.
